Workout Instructions

Warm Up

10 Minute Jog or 30 Minute Walk


Main Set:

10 Lunges

10 Squats

20 Donkey Kicks (On each leg)

10 Side Leg Raises

20 High Knees

1-2 Minute Rest


**Repeat x 2**

**Once you’re comfortable then build up to 3**
