This yoga practice is designed to bring you through every aspect of yoga. From a starting meditation and onto savasana, inversions, twists, side bends and standing poses; the Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior yoga practice will walk you through every step of what makes Yoga such an amazing exercise.
This yoga practice will be simple for anyone to join in with, even beginners, however there will be some advanced poses and practices which we will highlight as optional as we go.
