Workout Instructions

Warm Up

10 Minute Jog or 30 Minute Walk

 

Main Set:

10 Modified Burpees

20 Arm Twists

Straight Arm Plank (20 seconds)

10 Lateral Raises

8 Box Press Ups

1-2 Minute Rest

 

**Repeat x 2**

**Once you’re comfortable then build up to 3**
